Any kind of liquid plus flour makes a paste just like we used to make paste in grade school. Just imagine what that paste is doing to our blood vessels? It just blows my mind the choices we make! Flour is the main ingredient in snacks as well as too much salt or sugar! Choices, choices, choices. Get the image in our minds and make the intelligent choice!
